then breakfast at 7:30
one hour after we get up
after breakfast we should do some exercise
so, what is the best time to do exercise? they say
the best time to do exercise is 8:15 or 8:30 in the morning
because we have more energy at that time and then we are "gonna" fell better. Our body is goint to get better
then, we work from 9 to 12, because in the morning our minds work better
we have more speed in what we do at work
then it's time for lunch
what time should we have lunch? 12:30 pm
then, in the afternoon we should have dinner no later than 6 they say
and that's a little strange because here in Venezuela for instance, we usually have dinner between 7 and 8:30
we have a later dinner
and it's not our biggest meal. Our biggest meal is lunch
and then, time to go to sleep,
what time do we have to go to sleep they say? at 11 o'clock
ok. If we follow these timelines, these guidelines, we will have a happy life
